Medico-Legal Evaluations, PA ("MLE", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how we use it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not set any cookies of its own. Because no optional cookies are used, there is nothing to accept or decline.

Visit statistics

To understand how the site is used, we count page views and clicks on key links (such as Request an Exam, form downloads and directions) on MLE's own server. We do not use cookies or outside analytics services for this, and we do not store your IP address. Each visit is counted with a code that cannot be traced back to you and changes every day.

The office maps on our Locations page are provided by Google Maps. A map loads only if you click Show map for that office. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies, which are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If you do not click the button, no information is sent to Google. The Get directions links open Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's policies apply.

Information you give us

When you request an exam, manage an appointment, or contact us by phone, we collect the information you provide, such as names, contact details, dates of birth and details about the examination. We use it only to schedule and carry out examinations, to communicate with you and the attorney's office involved, and to meet our legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Online requests and appointment changes are handled by our scheduling system at scheduling.mlenj.com, and examination scheduling uses our appointment provider. These services process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Security

This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Online appointment changes require the examinee's last name and date of birth.
